- My name is Jared Lyman and this is a place to share two of my hobbies: paragliding and photography.
I hope you enjoy some of the shots I take while trying to improve my photography between paragliding flights at Tiger Mt. While there are paragliding photos included in some of the galleries, this site focuses on the people at Tiger Mt.

It's been extremely nice to have so many "hot" days in May. We're in the low ~80s and loving it. I hiked up and got to fly Janelle down for her first instructional tandem. She did well and landed it on her own. I went back up hoping for a walk on and met Kevin, a totally cool guy who is working to become a school teacher. He reminded me of a young Chris Santacroce. In regards to photography I believe I have a grasp of exposure and composition. However to really take someone's portrate, to capture them, or a feeling, a mood, or evoke some sort of emotion from the viewer, is proving very hard.
